Our main servers in Forth Worth, TX automatically back up all of your files every day to our backup server in Chicago, IL. Even in the event of a massive disaster in our main data center, we will not lose your data. We keep the newest days' copy of all of your files and at least the newest 7 days worth of copies of your data base. If you accidently corrupt your database, but don't realize it for 4 days and need a backup from 5 days ago, that's no problem. We will restore your old database free of charge.

Reliability

Since we officially started our service on October 22, 2005, we have had a total of approximately 15 minutes worth of downtime during which kernel upgrades were done, which require rebooting. We claim to offer 99.9% of uptime, but this is actually 99.993% as of March 22nd 2006. Not many providers can even rightfully claim true 99% uptime.
